Day 17 - Pray Against Bullying

What up? What up? What up? What up? What up? We are back at it again. It’s another day of 30 days of prayer. I am excited. We have been having an awesome time in prayer and today is no different. We want to pray against bullying. When I was in middle school, I got bullied a lot. But I can only imagine what it is like today. I mean, social media has taken bullying to a whole new level. They don’t even call it bullying anymore. They call it trolling. You can call it whatever you want to call it but our God is still higher than any type of bullying that Satan can come up with. It only takes one person anointed by the Holy Spirit that can stop this epidemic.
Ecclesiastes chapter 9, verse 14 and 15 - it talks about how there was a little city and a few men within the city, and there came a great king against it. In other words, this king thought he could bully his way into the city and take control over the city. But verse 15 says, “Now there was found in it a poor wise man, and he by his wisdom delivered the city;” One man defeated the great bully king. One person delivered entire city from a bully.
It only takes one person. And since you are anointed by the Holy Spirit, why can’t that person be you? You can literally change the culture of an entire generation and stop the trolling. It’s like the old Fred Hammond song, “Late in the midnight hour, God’s going to turn it around.” I am not going to sing. But in all seriousness, I believe God can and will change the situation if we pray. Bishop has taught us that every success is a prayer success first. So let’s start off by praying against the bullying - praying that the Holy Spirit will give you wisdom on how to change a generation – how to stop the bullying – how to stop the trolling - because remember, it only takes one person. God bless.
